Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long is the photoshoot?

A: The length of the photoshoot depends on the size of the property and the services requested, but will typically last anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour.

Q: When do I receive my photos?

A: We do a 24 hour turnaround time.

Q: What times can I schedule you for?

A: It would depend on what time works best. However, we are typically open 6 days a week (with Saturday being the day we are unavailable).

Q: How many photos will I receive?

A: Though we recognize that the typical amount is 40 MLS Photos, the number of photos recieved depends on the size of the property and services requested.

Q: How does ownership of photos work?

A: Upon receipt of photos and payment made, you are the owner to them. However, in the event that I ask to use these photos for social media posts or my portfolio, I will ask you via text to have documented proof of request.

Q: Do I need to be present during the photoshoot?

A: Not necessarily, as long as the photographer has full access to the property via lockbox or other means of access. We do recommend that the client is present if there are any special requests such as certain angles to shoot.

Q: Will the photographer stage the home?

A: No, we ask that the client and the homeowner plan ahead of time to stage the property. However, we also have a virtual staging service to you both time and money.

Q: Will the photographer prepare the home for photos?

A: No, we ask that the client and/or the homeowner prepare the home for the photoshoot in advance. For how to prepare the home, please visit the Preparation Guide Page which is accessible via the link here or at the bottom of this page.

Q: What areas do you cover?

A: We cover from Broward County all the way down to the Palmetto Bay area in Miami-Dade County. Anything outside of this range will include a travel fee.

Q: What happens if it rains?

A: In the event of rain, you can reschedule at no additional cost. However, if it is partly cloudy, we offer sky replacement services free of charge.

Q: Do you photograph amenities?

A: Amenities are included in the photo package, however, they will not be photographed if they are in use at time of photoshoot or at your request.

Q: Do you photoshop items?

A: We can photoshop small things such as wires coming out of the wall and other small details, but it is optimal to keep the home as ready as possible for the photographer as editing is secondary to a prepared composition.
